Etiquette:
A few guidelines for maintaining a peaceful, productive and harmonious class environment.
Enter Silently when Tardy:
If you must arrive late to class, please make every effort to minimize any noise as you enter the classroom. If the class is sitting in a beginning meditation, it is best to wait quietly at the entrance, laying your mat down, and getting your props after the meditation has concluded.
Silence Your Phones:
Nothing can disturb a class more than a cell phone ringing in the classroom. Please silence your phones prior to class.
Refrain from Heavy Perfume:
Everyone in class breathes the same air. In consideration of others, many who may be allergic, please refrain from or minimize wearing colognes and perfumes when you come to class.
"Mop Up" After Yourself:
All equipment is to be washed down after class and if you are someone who perspires heavily, please bring a towel to class to "mop up".
Keep Your Voices Down While Another Class is in Session:
We are pleased to see how much all of our students enjoy each others company, however, while another class is in session please keep your voices down and be respectful of their time.
