"Beyond has been wonderful for me both mentally and physically. The actual shape of my body and my posture has improved thanks to the excellent teaching and personalized training I receive at Beyond Center for Yoga and Pilates. I have learned how to use and isolate the correct muscles for each exercise making the exercises much more effective. I used to do 100 sit ups every night; the results I saw with just one class a week at Beyond were far more amazing! Needless to say, I no longer do 100 ineffective sit ups every night anymore. I am also an avid jogger and Beyond has taught me how to stretch properly easing injury and speeding up recovery time. I am also a full time "high strung" teacher and mother of small children; I find it difficult to relax my overactive mind and de-stres myself.
